Start with the conflict check

Send the party names and the facility. I run the check the same day at no charge. Please do not include case facts until the check comes back clear, for both our sakes.

What to expect

1. Same day Conflict check run and confirmed. If there is a conflict I will tell you immediately and we stop there.
2. Same day, once cleared One-page engagement letter, an invoice for fixed-fee work, and a secure upload link.
3. 72 hours from records and payment Written memo back. Optional fifteen minute debrief call if you want to talk it through.

Materials
